waist sizes are done in INCHES not by TAG SIZE.

Ex: if your waist size MEASURED is 28", the item will measure 14" across in the waist or doubled, size 28".

If you prefer a slim fit, match your exact MEASURED waist size.
If you prefer a more relaxed fit, size up one size from your MEASURED waist size.
