returns and exchanges


I gladly accept exchanges on denim custom orders only

• contact me within 7 days of delivery (no exceptions)

• dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery (no exceptions)

• I don't accept returns or cancellations (no exceptions)
 - contact me if there are any problems with your order.


the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• significantly altered custom orders including but not limited to frayed hems and distressing

• intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
• items on sale


conditions of exchanges

• buyers are responsible for return postage costs (no exceptions)

• buyers must purchase the "exchange your item" listing
to cover postage of the new item and seller's time spent on the new order

• if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value


all items for drops, live sales, and in store purchases are final sale

• I am not responsible for damages, losses or theft during delivery yet please contact me if there are any issues with delivery related damages

• I am not responsible for delivery time once an item has been dropped off 

• items are all sold in "final sale" condition - please look over items carefully before purchasing

• any major flaws will be appropriately described 

• I take detailed pictures/documentation of every item before shipment for your protection and mine
